Recipe of custard:
250 ml almond milk
10 g cornstarch
25 g fructose
10 g almond flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a bowl, combine eggs, fructose and vanilla extract. Add almond flour and cornstarch. Mix everything together with a whisk.
Boil the almond milk. Once boiled, add it to the egg mixture and flour in a gradual manner while mixing to avoid lumps.
Then put it back in the pan over low heat and continue cooking, stirring constantly, forming an eight, until the mixture becomes homogeneous and it acquires the consistency you desire.
Your cream is ready to garnish your cakes or simply enjoy it with a spoon.

60 g fructose 4 egg
whites One tablespoon vanilla extract powder
100 g almond flour
1/2 cup dairy cream
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Fahrenheit
Start by beating the whites firmly into snow.
Then add the fructose and vanilla extract powder and continue whisking for a few moments until the mixture is firm.
Stir in the flour and cream and continue to mix until smooth.
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and with a tablespoon, place small piles of dough and flatten them to form small discs.
Put in the oven for 6 to 7 minutes.
After cooking, peel off the discs with a spatula and wrap them and let them harden.
Fill cigars with custard with a socket pocket or simply a large syringe.
